About the position

The Warehouse Production Worker position involves working in a refrigerated environment to support the production line by assembling food kit boxes and adhering to safety and quality standards. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring product quality while working collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities as directed on the production line.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies/procedures.
• Adhere to PPE/hygiene policies in cooperation with the supervisor.
• Follow guidelines for proper assembly and production of food kit boxes.
• Support and follow direction from managers and supervisors about line performance.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to Quality Assurance and/or Supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Prepare ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Willing and able to work entire schedule without partial shifts or early/late arrivals.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions).
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Able to work in a cold prep area at 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
