About the position

The Warehouse / Production Worker at Burke Brands, LLC is responsible for preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, managing warehouse stock, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role requires effective communication with supervisors and coworkers, as well as the operation and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Requirements

• Must speak English
• Must be punctual
• Ability to bend, push, pull, and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs in a fast-paced environment
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse/Production Worker
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED
