About the position

The position involves managing and coordinating warehouse quality control for a wireless lighting ecosystem company. The role focuses on ensuring product distribution meets quality standards through rigorous testing, project management, and technical support. The individual will work closely with engineering teams and customers to enhance product functionality and ensure successful installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate warehouse quality control to meet product distribution needs.
• Test hardware, software, firmware, and integrated products in lab and field conditions.
• Utilize LabView test suites and EE lab equipment to examine returned products and identify defects.
• Perform OTA firmware updates and report troubleshooting findings.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test plans and data sets for quality adherence.
• Conduct inspections and evaluations of software and hardware components.
• Provide guidance to customers on utilizing and installing wireless lighting control products.
• Program and troubleshoot wireless lighting control systems and provide training to end-users.
• Collect and track data to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers before, during, and after sales.
• Coordinate product assembly and ensure adequate components are available for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and perform data entry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering, or closely related field.
• 2 years of experience in Project or Quality Control Management, Industrial Production, Warehousing Management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and electrical instruments such as function generators, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Proficiency in technology skills including MATLAB/Simulink, PADS Pro Design, MS Office, and Python.
• Valid driver's license.
