About the position

King's Hawaiian is seeking a full-time Warehouse Receiver and Purchasing agent for our Harbor Gate Commissary. This role is essential for restocking and replenishing assigned areas, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment by locating and pulling inventory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making.
• Plan, direct, and be accountable for all receiving operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolve discrepancies when they do not match.
• Provide direction, support, and ongoing feedback to Commissary staff.
• Utilize company tools to identify wins and opportunities in inventory management and receiving processes.
• Communicate with Senior Managers on receiving or inventory needs.
• Ensure the team works in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed by Senior Management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift / electric pallet jack experience required.
• Previous experience with SAP/FlexiBake is a plus.
• Experience with Purchase Orders.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience with a stand-up forklift is a plus.
