About the position

The Warehouse Sanitation Associate at Capstone Logistics is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment. This role involves learning sanitation and pallet sorting best practices while working independently or as part of a team. The associate will interact directly with customers and delivery personnel, ensuring a positive and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
• Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility.
• Work independently or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations in assigned areas.
• Communicate effectively with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel.
• Inform Site Supervisor and Manager about dock conditions, accomplishments, and concerns.
• Contribute suggestions for improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25-75 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and high energy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
• Independent decision-making skills to accomplish tasks.
