About the position
The Night Warehouse Selector at US Foods is responsible for preparing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork to ensure accurate and damage-free order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exact and damage-free orders.
- Work in a multi-temperature environment, handling various products.
- Lift and move heavy cases of product throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday.
- Recent experience in a physically demanding role preferred.
- Experience in selecting large scale orders in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively.
