About the position

The Warehouse Shipping Associate is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient shipping and warehousing of products at CreoGroup. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, accurately picking and staging customer orders, and adhering to safety and quality compliance standards. The associate will work closely with the Shipping/Warehouse Manager to address any issues and ensure all products are handled correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
  • Pick, stage, and correctly label customer orders as designated off pick tickets.
  • Correctly load customer shipments following all vendor compliance instructions.
  • Completely fill out United tally sheets and shipping documents.
  • Unload Finished Goods (FG) and Work in Process (WIP) production and place in product neatly and safely in prescribed locations.
  • Use United tally sheets to document all SKUs unloaded and/or received.
  • Immediately report any issues with product or equipment, any unsafe conditions or actions of other employees, to the Shipping/Warehouse Manager.
  • Wear Safety Glasses while working in the building and driving powered lift vehicles.
  • Follow all instructions and directions from Shipping/Warehouse Manager or their assigned designee.

Requirements

  • Warehouse experience in a distribution center setting.
  • Proficiency in shipping and receiving tasks.
  • Ability to perform order fulfillment accurately.
  • Familiarity with using basic math skills in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of forklift operation and reach truck usage.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Good command of basic mathematics and computer literacy.
