About the position

The Warehouse Shipping Associate is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing the warehouse for efficient storage, and transporting products between two facilities. This role requires adherence to safety and operational standards while ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, count/pick, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift.
• Unload and verify quantities, specifications, and quality of orders.
• Receive goods into the ERP system using a scan gun or computer.
• Pick multi-product and batch-managed orders adhering to FIFO and customer requirements.
• Build shipment pallets efficiently and load dock-level trucks.
• Stock pallet racks with inventory from daily production while verifying counts.
• Transfer pallets to proper locations according to management direction.
• Pick raw materials for production and stage them as required.
• Assist in cycle counting inventory and verifying quantities.
• Drive straight/box truck between two facilities.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of forklift experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and lift trucks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
