About the position

The Warehouse Solutions Sales Coordinator is responsible for working directly with our sales team through proactive communication on processing sales orders. The Warehouse Solutions Sales Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, ensuring the customer is routed to the appropriate Sales Consultant and/or Service Team Member.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Team to process orders and support all business needs
  • Handle customer inquiries, ensuring the customer is routed to the appropriate Sales Representative and/or Service Team member
  • Generate monthly commission reports for assigned Sales Representatives
  • Maintain accurate reporting of equipment backlog, gross profit worksheets and other reports
  • Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values, mission and purpose of 'Helping People Carry the Load' to ensure we are customers', vendors' and associates' 'Indispensable Partner'.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Efficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
