About the position

The Warehouse Specialist (Shipper & Receiver) plays a vital role in logistics and supply chain operations, focusing on managing shipping schedules, preparing shipping documents, executing transactions in SAP, and resolving shipping issues. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work safely while contributing to the efficiency of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Shipping Schedule and Preparations for Deliveries
• Preparing Shipping Documents and Labels
• Accurately Executing Transactions in SAP
• Resolving Shipping Issues
• Completing Transaction Audits as Requested
• Identifying Opportunities to Improve Efficiency
• Utilizing S/4 Hana and EWM Post-Migration
• Performing All Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Prior experience with ERP systems and in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and comprehending English
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for inventory management
• Competency in using computer systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office suite
• Detail-oriented with the ability to execute job duties with accuracy
• Ability to work effectively within teams

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in logistics and supply chain operations
• Familiarity with S/4 Hana and EWM
