About the position

The Warehouse Specialist at Faithco Enterprises is responsible for maintaining the efficiency and organization of warehouse operations. This role involves receiving materials, preparing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive, committed to upholding the company's standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials, verify quantities, and check for damages or discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory, assist in cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following organizational systems and safety protocols.
• Restock shelves and maintain an orderly stock layout, ensuring items are easy to locate and accessible.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure materials are ready and available when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a truck and trailer.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; basic knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and communicate effectively.
