Responsibilities
- Picking and repack picking
- Small parcel shipping
- LTL pallet build shipping
- Loading/unloading with a pallet jack or sit-down forklift
- Receiving and unloading
- Stocking and replenishing inventory
- Assisting with general facility maintenance, including non-technical equipment and battery changes
- Cycle counting
- Component sorting
- Performing replenishment duties as needed
Requirements
- Order Selector, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck (required)
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Team player with attention to detail
- Ability to perform physically intensive tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, walking, and standing for extended periods)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy warehouse environment
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety standards
Nice-to-haves
- Dock Stocker and Double Pallet Jack (a plus)
- Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is preferred but not required
