About the position
As the Warehouse Specialist at Monin, you will be responsible for working as part of a team of talented warehouse associates to process, package, and ship syrups, purees, and flavors following Monin specifications. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork, with an emphasis on attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive forklifts - Counterbalance and sit down
- Follow safety procedures to unload trucks and rail containers
- Operate scanner to add & remove inventory
- Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment
- Control inventory and perform cycle counting
- Position materials needed for manufacturing
- Pick, pack, and ship products
- Replenish pick bins, load/unload trucks and rail containers, and pick and pack sales orders
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Strong scanning and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work unsupervised
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Willingness to follow safety standards
Nice-to-haves
