About the position

The Warehouse Specialist is a proactive and motivated individual responsible for supporting various warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory, processing returns, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant and efficient daily operations of the Warehouse.
• Verify and execute consumption of materials used in manufacturing.
• Process inventory returns and work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and inventory locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts through ERP system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, resolve and document.
• Assist during scheduled client inventory counts and audits.
• Provide input on inventory level inquiries.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
• Perform several tasks simultaneously and be flexible to changing priorities.
• Organize and prioritize work to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Provide hands-on training for warehouse team members.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, staging, component/sample requests and investigations.
• Provide direction to the forklift operators and task them out as needed.
• Be compliant with SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain warehouse safety, organization, and compliance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ERP system.
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
• Professional attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
