Warehouse Specialist

About the position

The Warehouse Specialist position at ServiceSource involves performing a variety of warehouse duties including material handling, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and documentation. The role is essential for processing and completing all laundry for PARC contracts, ensuring efficient operations within the warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies and damages.
• Route materials to prescribed storage locations and store, stack, or palletize materials according to storage methods.
• Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials, examining for deterioration or damage.
• Assist in kitting operations by pulling inventory items, conducting quality assurance checks, and preparing kits for shipment.
• Document daily laundry operations and manage receiving/shipping items.
• Provide documentation for shipments/receiving to accounting for software entries.
• Serve as backup logistical support and assist in managing the contract fleet.
• Unload/load trucks at the dock using a forklift as needed.
• Maintain a clean office/work area and perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for work-related travel.
• Pass and maintain HAFB background security clearance.
• Pass and maintain a Department of Human Services background clearance.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
