The Warehouse Supervisor position at KETCH is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the operations of a small two-person warehouse. The supervisor will ensure the efficient maintenance of the warehouse, accuracy in shipping and receiving transactions, and the transport of inventory. This role includes scheduling deliveries and supervising a Warehouse Assistant, contributing to a rewarding non-profit environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse efficiency and accuracy in shipping and receiving transactions.
• Transport inventory and schedule deliveries.
• Supervise the Warehouse Assistant.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or accredited GED.
• Stable work history in warehousing and inventory management.
• Experience using shipping/receiving software.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Current valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly and work in extreme climate conditions.
• Pass a DOT physical and drug & alcohol screening tests.
