Warehouse Supervisor (Night)

About the position

The Warehouse Supervisor (Night) at Goya Foods, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient scheduling and management of staff. This role involves coordinating activities related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control while maintaining productivity and safety standards. The supervisor will work closely with the General Manager to implement effective work plans and ensure order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for product selection and receiving.
• Direct the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ensure that warehouse personnel have safe and efficient equipment to perform their daily functions.

Requirements

• Associates degree from College or Technical school; or one to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in warehouse supervision is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
