WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

About the position

The Warehouse Supervisor at Bacardi is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities within the distribution center. This role focuses on ensuring efficient management of receipts, shipments, replenishments, and returns while maintaining compliance with safety standards. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse employees, troubleshoot ERP issues, analyze performance data, and collaborate with leadership to align warehousing processes with overall distribution objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hourly warehouse employees in accordance with company policies, quality specifications, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP (SAP, YMS) issues related to inbound and outbound transactions.
• Work with the Traffic Department to ensure effective handling of outbound loads and inbound receipts.
• Analyze and publish performance data indicating operational and warehouse KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis.
• Collaborate with leadership to align warehousing processes with inventory and distribution center objectives.
• Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and distribution of warehouse materials to ensure operational flow.
• Perform root cause analysis for safety-related incidents and customer mis-shipments.
• Participate in developing and improving warehouse operations processes and procedures.
• Set measurable goals and objectives for continuous improvement projects in partnership with leadership.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in warehousing and distribution.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports while maintaining required SOX documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and WMS Systems.
• Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment such as Forklifts, Reach Trucks, Pallet Riders, and Pallet Wrappers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar preferred.
