About the position

The Warehouse Supervisor position in Lewisburg, TN, is a hands-on leadership role focused on overseeing essential warehouse operations. The supervisor will manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination while leading a dedicated team to ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide a dedicated team, providing coaching and direction to drive productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth materials handling and timely product storage.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, troubleshoot quality issues, and partner with teams across departments to streamline processes.
• Work closely with union leadership to resolve issues, maintain a safe work environment, and achieve team engagement goals.
• Uphold rigorous Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) standards, and adhere to operational and safety procedures.
• Manage shift operations, working a 2nd shift schedule (2 PM - 10 PM) with opportunities for overtime.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, production, or logistics settings.

Nice-to-haves

• Proven experience motivating and managing hourly associates, ideally within a unionized environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
