About the position

The Warehouse Supervisor at IMMI is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including the management of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes. This role involves hands-on work with warehouse associates, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The supervisor will also be tasked with training new employees, preparing work schedules, and maintaining quality standards in accordance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage warehouse operations at IMMI facility.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule.
• Prepare schedules for warehouse associates and train new employees on machinery usage.
• Monitor compliance with IMMI safety standards.
• Audit and report inventory, making recommendations for restocking.
• Manage warehousing associates and ensure safe equipment usage.
• Establish best practices and protocols to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives.
• Utilize record-keeping of Key Performance Indicators to monitor performance and develop growth strategies.
• Maintain quality standards as per government and IMMI requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely inventory movement.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in manufacturing or supply chain preferred.
• 3 or more years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
• Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities.
