About The Position

The Fulfillment Lead at Snap One is responsible for overseeing the packaging, wrapping, and shipping of products while managing the daily activities of fulfillment associates. This role emphasizes collaboration with other warehouse departments and requires a strong attention to detail. The Fulfillment Lead will also mentor team members, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in a production environment.
• Ability to read, write, and clearly communicate in English.
• High School level general math capability.
• Proficient in operating Windows-based PC.

Responsibilities

• Package, wrap, and ship products accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of fulfillment associates.
• Mentor and train team members on best practices and accuracy in their work.
• Provide guidance on quality, training, and workflow to team members.
• Drive and support process improvement activities within the warehouse.
• Perform routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with representatives from other departments to provide necessary production information.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and managers regarding team performance and workflow.
• Enforce standard safety procedures within the production environment.
