About the position

The Warehouse Team Leader at Propak Supply Chain Services is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned personnel to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining safety and compliance with company policies. This role involves training team members, conducting inspections, and preparing reports to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Work with facility management to ensure assigned personnel work toward common goals.
• Train personnel and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure production goals are achieved and pallets meet customer criteria and specifications.
• Maintain accurate count of pallet inventory and ensure daily work assignments are clearly defined to the team.
• Prepare reports and paperwork, correcting discrepancies as needed.
• Advise site management of operations or safety training requirements.
• Assist management in ensuring compliance with Propak Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for specific work area setup and shift transition.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Associate degree (2-year college or technical school) preferred.
