Responsibilities
- Perform routine warehouse duties including receiving, unloading, and inventory management.
- Inspect and unload goods and materials, placing them into inventory.
- Process reservations and issue materials to customers using company-defined systems.
- Review orders for goods and materials and check inventory records for availability.
- Pull requested items and stage them for delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding potential delays in delivery.
- Update warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed, maintaining records of delivered items and inventory.
- Operate light equipment, hand trucks, and vehicles within the warehouse environment.
- Deliver materials to customers, capturing proof of delivery signatures.
- Perform cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Carry out housekeeping and safety-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- One (1) year of related experience in warehousing, material handling, or customer service.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Solid experience with computer skills in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Materials Management software.
