As the Warehouse & Transportation Supervisor you would be responsible for directing, managing, and continuously improving shipping, receiving, warehousing, and carrier management. As part of our management team you would be responsible for leading the warehouse and transportation function with the support of tenured, dedicated and knowledgeable employees. Responsibilities
- Directing and managing shipping, receiving, warehousing, and carrier management.
- Continuously improving logistics processes and operations.
- Leading the warehouse and transportation function with a team of employees.
- Engaging employees to drive growth and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics management or related field.
- Minimum of four to six years of warehousing and transportation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience.
