About the position

The Warehouse Worker II/Delivery Driver position is a promotional opportunity for current permanent employees of the District. This role involves receiving, preparing, and distributing various materials and supplies within the Warehouse Department, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining inventory control records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare mail, materials, supplies, food, and equipment for distribution.
• Distribute items efficiently to support warehouse operations.
• Maintain computerized inventory control records.
• Prepare related reports as required.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school.
• Two years' experience driving light trucks in delivery work or in a warehouse environment.
• Valid California Class C driver's license.
• Valid forklift certification.
