About the position
As a Warehouse Worker at Dot Foods, you will be stepping into a dynamic and essential role within our operations. The warehouse is the heart and soul of our business, and your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill customer orders efficiently. This position is full-time, with shifts running from Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, allowing you to enjoy a long weekend while still earning competitive pay. The pay range for this role is between $23.25 and $28.60 per hour, with an additional $1.00 night shift differential. In this role, you will be trained to operate various types of equipment, including forklifts and other heavy machinery, to navigate our warehouse environments, which include dry, cooler, and frozen sections. Your primary responsibilities will include pulling, packing, and shipping orders accurately and consistently. You will also be required to lift cases that typically weigh around 14 pounds, with some cases weighing between 35 to 60 pounds. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to obtain forklift certification during our in-house training to ensure you can perform your duties safely and effectively. While no prior warehouse experience is necessary, candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. A safety-first mindset and the ability to pass a standard physical abilities test are essential to meet the physical demands of the job. Responsibilities

- Pick products from high shelves as required.
- Obtain required forklift certification during in-house training.
