About the position
The Warehouse Worker/Picker/Packer position at V R Della IT Services Private Limited is a full-time, contract role focused on various warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, and inventory management. This entry-level position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
- Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
- Restack fallen products in trailers.
- Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
- Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory.
- Perform general housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required.
- Lift objects that weigh between 15 pounds and 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Forklift Certification
- Pallet Jack Certification
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products
- Must be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
