About the position

American Lumper Services is seeking motivated warehouse workers to assist with manual loading and unloading of containers at their Conyers, GA location. The role involves sorting merchandise, building and staging pallets, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The company offers training for those without prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Sort retail merchandise by store number.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break-down totes).
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience preferred but willing to train.
• Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities.
