About The Position

Your next opportunity awaits at Audi Fletcher Jones. We are hiring a Warranty Administrator to join our team. The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator required.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow up.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an Audi Warranty Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
• Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
• Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
• Assist accounting with coding of invoices for service department, payroll and other requests
