Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to identify project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support project development and implementation.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide support in troubleshooting issues that arise during project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and outcomes.
• Assist in training new team members on relevant tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3 years of customer service experience
• 5 years of computer skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
