The Warranty Administrator at Kendall Auto Group plays a crucial role in the Service Department, ensuring the efficient processing of warranty claims and maintaining service records. Responsibilities

  • Process all warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify criteria required by factory or distributor for warranty claims.
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables in the accounting schedule.
  • Follow up on all outstanding warranty claims.
  • Resubmit all rejected warranty claims as necessary.
  • File and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success with OEM warranty administration experience.
  • Experience in accounting is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete work in a timely manner.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
