Responsibilities
- Follows up on outstanding claims
- Posting weekly factory warranty payments into accounting
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department
- Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles
Nice-to-haves
- Previous dealership experience is not required
