About the position

The Warranty Manager will oversee warranty processes to ensure customer satisfaction by managing warranty claims, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate records. This role is essential for enhancing customer experience and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the service department to assess warranty issues and determine eligibility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all warranty claims and related communications.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train and support team members on warranty processes and best practices.
• Act as a liaison between customers, service personnel, and manufacturers regarding warranty matters.
• Prepare reports on warranty performance metrics for management review.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate claim assessments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficient in using warranty management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Knowledge of industry standards related to warranties is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
