About the position
The Warranty Manager at Wayne Homes is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers regarding warranty issues that arise after the completion of home construction. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with homeowners, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring that all service work is performed efficiently and effectively. The position requires a blend of customer service skills and technical knowledge in construction and repair work.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with homeowners, co-workers, and trade partners.
- Handle scheduling of service at customer's earliest convenience.
- Perform service work that is done quickly and cleanly, and right the first time.
- Troubleshooting and light construction repair work, using power tools.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Comfortable in both group and independent work settings.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Competent with computers/Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in construction, trade or related coursework is preferred.
- Must be a licensed, insurable driver with a clean driving report.
