About the position

The Warranty Processing Specialist is responsible for managing and processing manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring accurate billing of repair orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication skills and a service-minded approach to assist customers with their warranty and recall inquiries while staying updated on manufacturer training and processes.

Responsibilities

• Submit manufacturer warranty claims
• Reconcile schedules
• Billing of repair orders
• Stay up to date on the latest manufacturer training and processes
• Answer inbound phone calls, setting appointments for service
• Inform customers of required maintenance
• Gather warranty and recall information
• Provide knowledge of product performance, application and benefits to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Build strong rapport with customers and have a service-minded mentality
• Other administrative and accounting duties

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must bring your ‘A game' & positive attitude with you to work every day
• Must be self motivated and have a desire to want to assist others
• Must be available to work some Saturdays
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
