About the position

The Warranty Processor at Forest River, Inc. is responsible for processing warranty claims submitted by dealers, providing customer service support, and performing various office duties. This entry-level position requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to ensure accurate processing and reporting of warranty claims.

Responsibilities

• Process warranty claims submitted by the dealer base.
• Answer questions regarding claims via phone and email.
• Maintain record retention and reporting.
• Scan documents as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network.
• Ability to work within a group and transition between responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn about various components of RVs.
