About the position

The Warranty Program Manager will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of warranty programs by focusing on data-driven insights and process optimization. This role aims to improve customer experience through program and process enhancements, optimizing operational efficiency in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze processes to enhance customer experience through efficiency gains and process improvements.
  • Analyze existing warranty programs to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend changes that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Evaluate current warranty processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide data-driven recommendations to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support, by providing insights and data to support warranty-related initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and other reporting tools to monitor the effectiveness of warranty programs and communicate findings to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3 years of Program and Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and process improvement, preferably within a warranty or customer service environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI or other analytics and reporting platforms, with the ability to create dashboards and generate insights from data.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in warranty management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in Data Analytics, Project Management (PMP), or Six Sigma is a plus.
