Responsibilities
- Support company expectations to achieve sales and profitability through product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain store housekeeping and product merchandising recovery expectations.
- Monitor store email and respond to business-critical directives.
- Encourage positive selling and customer service behaviors.
- Communicate consistently in writing and verbally with the store team.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Complete sales transactions efficiently from end to end.
- Escalate store issues in a timely manner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work with supervision and accept feedback.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office email and retail inventory software.
- Understanding of the POS system and other software used by the stores.
