About the position

The Wastewater Process Engineer at Ardurra will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing multidiscipline projects related to wastewater process design and capital improvements. This role involves technical work ranging from studies and master planning to detailed design, while also serving as a Client Service Manager to maintain effective communication with clients and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform studies and masterplans for various projects
• Develop detailed designs, plans, specifications, reports and cost estimates
• Perform or manage engineering/process design
• Develop proposals in response to requests for proposals/qualifications
• Guide, direct, and coordinate with multiple departments and sub-consultants for multi-discipline projects
• Create, calibrate, and suggest alternative plans, and interpret and communicate results to others
• Perform communication and business development duties with current and potential clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college
• Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in the wastewater market sector
• Professional Engineer's license in the state or ability to gain licensure within 3 months of hire
• Experience in managing production and treatment projects or design and construction management
• Advanced understanding of principles and state regulations
• Self-motivated with the ability to lead or assist a project team to completion of multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
