About the position

The Watch & Protect Supervisor at LineQuest, LLC is responsible for overseeing technicians who provide damage prevention services to minimize accidental damage or disruption of service during construction excavation activities. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, and coordinating with various stakeholders to protect underground facilities and the environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians to ensure top service for damage prevention.
• Watch and protect client facilities including pipelines, valves, and utilities.
• Conduct damage prevention activities such as pipeline patrols and inspections.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize assigned responsibilities.
• Coordinate and communicate with landowners, public agencies, and contractors.
• Participate in safety programs and follow safety procedures.
• Review construction plans and supervise excavations for compliance.
• Perform visual inspections to detect faults or leaks in pipelines.
• Document assessments and generate incident reports for pipeline issues.
• Present repair and maintenance solutions for compromised pipelines.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety policies and regulations.
