The Watch Repair Technician at Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs is responsible for providing high-quality watch repair services, including battery changes and inventory management. Responsibilities

• Repair and change batteries for customer watches.
• Manage inventory of watch parts and equipment.
• Present service options and detailed information on features and benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and service team to enhance customer experience.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of watch experience or familiarity with watches.
• Willingness to be trained.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to follow-up.
