About the position

The Water Project Manager at McClure is responsible for leading a variety of critical water-related projects, ensuring successful completion while maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a skilled professional with a background in civil engineering and project management, who can mentor team members and drive the success of the firm through effective leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage various water-related projects for the organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate meetings and present project information effectively to stakeholders.
• Champion process execution and ensure friction-free project delivery in collaboration with department leadership.
• Maintain a strong community presence by volunteering on boards and commissions as a representative of McClure.
• Manage financial aspects of projects to achieve profit and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Seven to ten years of project management experience in public or private infrastructure or municipal planning.
• Demonstrated history of successfully managing a profitable team.
• Strong understanding of financials and experience in achieving group profit and net revenue growth.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
