About the position
The Water Quality Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with water quality standards and regulations. Responsibilities
- Review laboratory analytical data for compliance with water quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of physical records and database records.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly and annual water quality reports.
- Prepare other reports as required by federal and state regulations, including reports on lead and copper.
- Stay current on changes in regulations and procedures relating to drinking water quality.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience preparing water quality reports, preferably for retail water agencies or public agency water departments.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations governing drinking water system operation and water quality standards.
- Ability to generate a variety of written reports and documentation.
- Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance.
