About The Position

The position involves the installation, assembly, refurbishment, modification, and relocation of Fresenius Water Treatment equipment, as well as the commissioning of water pretreatment plants. The incumbent will work under general supervision, applying company policies to resolve issues and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 2 - 5 years' related experience or an advanced degree without experience.
• Experience in technical customer service or field service preferred.
• Technical training or Project/Construction Management training preferred.
• Qualified electrician or plumber desirable.
• Good fundamentals in dialysis technology and water treatment systems.
• Good fundamentals in quality assurance, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Good fundamentals in microbiology and hygiene.
• Good PC user skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, refurbish, modify, and relocate Fresenius Water Treatment equipment.
• Commission water pretreatment plants and ancillary equipment.
• Develop professional expertise and apply company policies to resolve issues.
• Log all installation and commissioning measures through service reports and protocols.
• Create and maintain necessary device documentation at the operator's site.
• Coordinate installation materials and optimize water pretreatment processes.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
• Support project management and assist with various projects as assigned.
