The Water Systems Apprentice position is designed for individuals eager to learn and develop basic plumbing skills while providing support to experienced technicians in the field. This full-time role involves assisting with water treatment installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Support technicians in the field by preparing tools, materials, and equipment for installation and service jobs.
- Assist with basic plumbing tasks related to water treatment installations, including piping, fitting, and connections.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to clients at job sites, addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
- Help maintain clean and organized service vehicles, workspaces, and inventory.
- Assist technicians with heavy lifting of equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors to support the team.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing and/or water treatment systems (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be physically able to lift 50-75 lbs and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
