Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers, technical specialists, and clients to deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Support contract negotiation and execution.
• Develop project fees and estimates.
• Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with experts in various disciplines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience in public works planning, design, and construction management.
• Current Professional Engineer licensure in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and/or Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and other modeling software.
