Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers, technical specialists, and clients to deliver innovative solutions for water and wastewater projects.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support contract negotiation and execution for various projects.
• Develop project fees and estimates based on project requirements.
• Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with experts from multiple disciplines to achieve project goals.
• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD for project management and design.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant professional experience in water and wastewater engineering.
• Current Professional Engineer licensure in Nevada, Oregon, and/or Idaho or ability to obtain licensure within six months of hire.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage aggressive project schedules and prioritize multiple projects.
• Proficient in applicable software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD.
