Collaboration with cross-functional sales associates is necessary to communicate business opportunities effectively on both local and regional levels. The coordinator will work within a team structure to cross-sell customers across multiple channels, ensuring that all customer needs are met comprehensively. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for creating product and service awareness of Waterworks, with a core focus on the New England market. This includes communicating with internal purchasing and inside sales teams to streamline the procurement process and optimizing the quoting process to provide customers with consistent, timely, and competitive quotations that meet their demands.
