About the position
The Waterpark Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the atmosphere and safety standards of the waterpark at Great Wolf Resorts. This position involves various responsibilities including guest interaction, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing towel tracking systems. The role offers flexible scheduling options and is suitable for individuals aged 16 and older, with opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the Towel Tracker Program and manage waterpark bag checks.
- Check wristbands for lodge guests and day pass guests prior to entry.
- Distribute height wristbands for water slides and ensure proper fitting of lifejackets for younger guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the waterpark, both Front and Back of House.
- Interact with guests by greeting them, answering questions, and responding to requests.
- Operate the towel tracking system to ensure guests have checked pool towels in and out before park close.
Requirements
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
