About the position
The WC-Manager at Whiskey Cake Jacksonville is responsible for leading a team in a high-energy, service-oriented environment. This role focuses on creating genuine connections with both team members and guests, driving business through exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The manager will also oversee training, development, and operational efficiency to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and follow-up with new team members.
- Ensure all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, standards, and quality standards.
- Ability to fill in where needed to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain efficient operations.
- Participate in ordering and monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, and cleanliness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, full-service environment.
- Food Manager Certification.
